The organization envisions a barrier free,rights based society in which Human Rights and Citizen Participation,Capabilities and Diversity of all persons with disabilities are identified,developed and respected.
In order to facilitate the organization vision,purpose and values,it will abide by the following guidelines;
-Ensure the involvement of persons with disabilities at all levels of the organization
-Passionate about our issues and continuously uphold that people are wealth of a community
-Empower all people with disabilities according to principles of Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Ensure that these rights are taught ad upheld by people in the different communities they live in.
-Always act with respect,honesty and faithfully in our services to people with disabilities.
-Be accountable,resourceful and efficient in managing its activities.
-Will highly value the contribution of the members,staff and volunteers in all activities for the achievement of the vision.
-Will maintain the relationship with the local,regional ad international development partners and the disability movement for the benefit of the members.

The organizations believes that all persons with disabilities regardless of their differences in age,gender,cultural background,religious affiliations,geographical locations,sexuality or types or degree of disability:

- Are entitled to fully access health,educational,transport services and any other services available to the general public
- Are ensured that their skills,talents and abilities are recognized and developed to their full potential
- Are ensured to have an equal representation by having a strong voice in the decision making process
- Are entitled to live and be part of the community
- Are ensured to be provided with the appropriate trainings in order to be empowered and fully participate in the community they live in.
